The Pila-Wilkie theorem for subanalytic families: a complex analytic approach

We present a complex analytic proof of the Pila-Wilkie theorem forsubanalytic sets. In particular, we replace the use of $C^r$-smoothparametrizations by a variant of Weierstrass division.
